Betsy Bootcamp was born out of my desire to educate athletes, coaches and parents on the importance of both fitness and nutrition for the gymnast.
It is a two day fun, high energy fitness and nutrition camp specifically for gymnasts, their coaches and parents!
I want you to leave the camp rejuvenated with new functional training ideas, renewed vigor for eating healthy foods and awesome perspective on proper fueling for gymnasts.
You will also learn new snack and meal ideas and develop a better understanding of how certain foods help you FEEL and PERFORM better.
Day two we have a “Balance” self esteem mental training workshop where we discuss the importance of loving our bodies and taking care of them—-and having positive images of ourselves.
